The use of sizers allows Dr. Tehrani to make modifications to improve the shape and symmetry of your breasts and finalize the implant size that we will use. Once the pocket has been perfected, the implants will be inserted.

Implants typically take about 3 months to “settle” into their final position within the body, sometimes referred to as “drop and fluff”. At first, your implants will look high and boxy. As they settle, they will look softer, rounder, and your cleavage will improve. Until your implants settle, you should wear a non-underwire bra like the surgical bra we send you home with.
