This beautiful young lady was bothered by the laxity of her neck that did not match the rest of her face. She had a neck lift with local anesthesia and twilight sedation. In this after photo, she is 12 weeks post procedure and is very happy with the results. Many people in their 40’s and 50’s are bothered by the appearance of their neck, whether because of fatty deposits under the chin or aging changes such as loose skin and muscle bands.
