This is a 65-year-old female with looseness of skin in the area of her arms. She has had previous procedures with Dr. Sadati and was satisfied with his work. She decided to improve her arms shape. She has undergone a Brachioplasty known as Arm lift with general anesthesia. In this photo she is 18 months post op.
She has had several laser treatment to improve the quality of her incision lines. Smoking, high blood sugar, excess sun exposure as well as certain disease will slow the healing process. In some instances a surgical scar revision or laser treatment is required to improve the quality of any scar.
