What type of anesthesia will be used during my facelift surgery?

Unlike general anesthesia, which has unwanted side effects like post-operative nausea, dizziness, and vomiting, twilight sedation simply put a person in deep sleep while they breathe on their own. Local anesthesia then used to numb the face, making the entire surgical process painless. Similar to a colonoscopy, you’ll be conscious but completely unaware of the procedure. Since it’s fast-acting and wears off quickly, your recovery will also be more pleasant.
