Procedure Description:

Upon arrival, she was very enthusiastic, and it was obvious that her personality was much bubblier and that she was more outgoing than her appearance indicated. Even though she was only in her 50s, her face was quite lax, and her jawline was no longer smooth or taut. Dr. Sadati recommended neck lift to remove some sagging neck tissue as well as a facelift to restore the underlying contours of her face. She was worried about looking overdone, but Dr. Sadati reassured her and explained that a Natural Facelift prevents the facial skin, especially around the eyes and the lips, from looking like its been pulled tight. How long will the facelift last?

Since every person is different, its difficult to definitively say how long a facelift will last. Your surgeons skills and technique are key factors in longevity, but a facelift should be long lasting, with 8-10 years being typical. Genetics, skin condition at the time of your procedure and lifestyle habits also play a role. You can prolong results by avoiding excess sun exposure, smoking, and following a good skin care regimen. Laser procedures like IPL can also help to maintain a facelift result.
