Dr. Kevin Sadati Announces State-Of-The Art, FDA-Cleared Microneedling RF Device Now Available To Patients
The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery, founded by Board Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon Dr. Kevin Sadati, is pleased to announce a new treatment option called Vivace Microneedling. This treatment option is for patients interested in building collagen and elastin in their face, neck, and body through a virtually pain-free, non-surgical treatment. Vivace Microneedling combines a state-of-the-art, best-in-class Microneedling Radio Frequency (RF) device with powerful treatment serums designed for optimal patient results. One of the key benefits of the device is its utilization of radio frequency, providing skin tightening and enhances treatment outcomes.
The demand for microneedling with radio frequency is at an all-time high. We are pleased to offer this non-surgical treatment option in our office for patients who want results with little downtime, says Dr. Kevin Sadati. Vivace Microneedling combines this highly sought after service with radio frequency for an incomparable patient experience.
What is MicroNeedling? Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a minimally invasive treatment to rejuvenate the skin. A device with fine needles creates tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin that triggers the body to create new collagen and elastin. Results can include improved texture and firmness, as well as reduction in scars, pore size and stretch marks. Microneedling is a safe, chemical-free treatment to trigger new collagen. When combined with radio frequency, it becomes the newest revolution in contouring and tightening for the face, neck and body.
As opposed to our traditional microneedling treatment, Vivace needle sets contain 36 insulated, gold-tipped needles which deliver results at multiple levels of penetration. Additionally, Vivace Microneedling is FDA cleared, which is critically important in todays increasingly stringent regulatory climate, and in the best interest of patient safety and reliability. The precision of the Vivace Microneedling device ensures clean and open channels in the skin that remain receptive for four to six hours. These channels provide opportunity for the application of treatment serums, a potent enhancing mask, and a soothing recovery system to optimize the patients recovery time.
According to Dr. Sadati, Most patients receive a series of 3 treatments 4 weeks apart for optimal results. If you are suffering from active acne or acne scars you may need 6 or more treatments. Dr. Sadati also notes that immediately after the treatment, patients may notice mild pink or redness on the skin. Recovery time will depend on the size of the treatment area and the number of overlapping passes performed. On average, the redness can last anywhere between an hour to 2 days. However, most patients notice that the redness disappears by the time they leave the office.
Patients who have issues with hair growth, fine lines, deep wrinkles, volume loss, acne scars, stretch marks, and uneven skin tone and discolorations could find Vivace Microneedling to be the perfect solution. Vivace Microneedling is also a great option for patients who may not be candidates for facial plastic surgery because they are too young or who have recently had a facelift and just want a little extra tightening.
The staff at The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery are highly trained and experienced in advanced medical aesthetics. When performing skin rejuvenation procedures, we take time to consult with each patient, using our expertise and an artistic touch to ensure each patient has a results-oriented and custom-tailored plan in place.
