This 28 year-old beautiful lady was referred to Dr. Sadati by a friend and had a consultation with Dr. Sadati in our Orange County office to be evaluated for a nose job. She did not have any kind of trauma or injury to her nose, just a dorsal hump and wideness at the base of her nose; a common family trait also known as ethnic rhinoplasty. She wanted to have the hump removed and desired her nose to be thinned down with improvement in the appearance of the tip.

The degree of correction can be difficult to see on a rhinoplasty before and after photo; however, this patient desired that her nose not be quite so wide to match her petite facial features. After her surgery with Dr. Sadati, her nose has a much smaller base with better definition of the tip. She is very pleased with her surgery.
