Tilt your head so that you can feel the stretch in your neck, and hold the position for 10 seconds. For best results repeat this exercise five times every morning and evening.

To combat this appearance, close your eyes and place your index fingers underneath your eyebrows. Push up your fingers in order to stretch your eyelids. This exercise should be repeated several times each day.

Double Chin Excess body fat as well as gravity can make a person appear to have a double chin as they get older. This exercise is performed by lying on a flat surface. Lift your chin and push it to your chest. Repeat this motion 10 times consecutively on daily bases. As your muscles get stronger, work toward increasing the repetition to 50.

Entire Face In order to rejuvenate the entire face, perform a facial stretch exercise. To do this stretch, open your mouth as wide as possible and then stick your tongue out. At the same time, open your eyes up and as wide as possible. Stay in place for about 10 seconds, and repeat 5 times.
