Lower Facelift & Deep Plane Necklift Case 2

View All Procedures

Procedure Description:

Do You Need a Deep Plane Facelift in Your 30s or 40s, or Something Less?

Most of the time, no, and that’s for the best. By your 30s and 40s, you might notice slight skin laxity, loss of volume in your face. But you wouldn’t necessarily need a deep plane facelift. Usually, a mini lift would do.

Usually. But not always. And one patient proved that. She’s 49, a mother, a model and, most importantly, someone who makes her living with her face. She regularly appears on TV nationwide. And under studio lights, there’s no hiding anything.

Under those lights she could see jowls, deep lines around her mouth and a loss of shape in her jaw. She had significant laxity, not the kind suited for a mini lift.

Dr. Sadati performed a deep plane face and neck lift, rebuilding the structure of her face instead of simply pulling skin tighter. And he used CO2 laser resurfacing to improve the tone and texture of her skin for TV. In this facelift before and after photo she looks radiant and beautiful.
