Several years had passed since this patient in her 60s had a facelift. Her skin was showing typical signs of aging, including laxity and volume loss, so she came to Orange County from Hawaii to meet with Dr. Sadati about having a secondary facelift as well as a neck lift. Her procedures lasted approximately three hours. During her facelift, Dr. Sadati achieved natural-looking results by performing his pioneering Double C Plication technique.
