This 50 year old male is 8 weeks post rhinoplasty in this before and after picture. He wished to improve his droopy tip and large dorsal hump while maintain his masculine features. Dr. Sadati performed an open rhinoplasty to improve his nasal features. He is very satisfied with the outcomes and also has improved breathing as well.

A male’s nose should look strong with masculine features. This is an easy concept to imagine but most of the time it is not followed by many plastic surgeons. One fit all is not a concept that can be used in rhinoplasty surgery. While it is acceptable to have slight tip rotation and narrow bridge in female rhinoplasty, it is would look odd and unnatural in male rhinoplasty.
