This attractive female shown in this before and after pictures is 3 months post primary septorhinoplasty. She did not like her boxy appearing and wide nasal tip and her dorsal hump. In addition she had sever nasal obstruction causing breathing problem.
She had an open septorhinoplasty to create a better definition of her nasal tip and overall nasal features as well as improving her breathing function. She likes the way her nose look and sleeps better at nights without difficulty breathing.
