This is an 18-year old beautiful orange county rhinoplasty patient who was unhappy with the shape of her nose and self conscious about the hump on her nose. She always wanted to have a smaller nose, but was told to wait until she reached 18. She wanted to have a nose job after her high school graduation. She wanted to have a smaller nose but natural and smooth. She found Dr. Sadati by referral from one of her friends.

Her rhinoplasty surgery was performed in Orange County surgical center and it took about 2 hours to perform. In this before and after nose job photo, she is 3-months post-op. The patient is extremely happy with her results. Reduction rhinoplasty is the medical term used to describe nasal surgery planned to reduce the overall size of the nose.
