What are the Steps of Dr. Sadati’s Neck Lift Procedure?
Dr. Sadati performs Newport Beach neck lifts in his office as an outpatient procedure. A neck lift is performed under twilight sedation, which is a combination of local anesthetic and IV sedation that puts facelift patients in a calm and relaxed state of consciousness without fully putting them asleep.
Dr. Sadati will actually be performing two procedures during a neck lift surgery. The procedure consists of both a cervicoplasty and a platysmaplasty. The cervicoplasty removes excess skin around the neck, while the platysmaplasty procedure alters and tightens neck muscles to achieve a youthful, natural appearance.
