Dr. Kevin Sadati, a renowned facial and plastic surgeon, has been recognized for the sixth year in a row in the Best of Orange County poll conducted by the OC Register. He was recognized on the 20th of September at The Groove in Anaheim with other winners. Each year, the OC Register publishes a list of the Best of OC, compiled based on votes by local readers. Serving Orange County as a skilled and dedicated double board-certified facial plastic surgeon for more than 20 years, Dr. Sadati has earned the renown and respect of his patients, the community, and colleagues worldwide. This is evident in his recognition in the category six years in a row by the OC Register, and more recently by Newsweek Magazine, which named him a Best Plastic Surgeon in the facelift category. Dr. Sadati has over two decades of experience in the facial plastic surgery field, with over 5,000 facial rejuvenation cases under his belt. He is known as one of the top facial plastic surgeons in the country, thanks in large part to his focus on providing natural-looking and long-lasting results.
He has pioneered minimally invasive and modern techniques, such as the Triple-C Plication published in PRS. His breakthrough facial muscle tightening, a SMAS plication technique, was used for his lower face and neck lift procedure. The results were longer lasting and far more natural looking than older facelift techniques. Dr. Sadati has written, published, and presented on these new techniques for achieving a more natural and youthful appearance.
He then began performing the deep plane facelift to improve midface laxity along with the lower face and neck as one unit. This technique releases the retaining ligaments that hold the SMAS and repositions the SMAS more vertically. Results are longer lasting than his Triple-C SMAS Plication. He then improved on the deep plane facelift and created a Preservation-style deep plane facelift technique, published in PRS, with much lower complication rates and astonishing results. Newsweek Magazine named him one of the Best Facelift Plastic Surgeons in the USA for 2026.

Long before he refined his facelift techniques, Dr. Sadati was drawn to sculpture and painting, and that sensibility still shapes how he approaches each face. Rather than chasing tightness, he studies proportion, light, and the subtle contours that make a person look like themselves, only more rested and youthful. That approach is a big part of why his results rarely look “done.”
His approach has also made him a teacher. Dr. Sadati regularly presents his Preservation Deep Plane Facelift at national and international plastic surgery conferences, and surgeons now travel to observe his technique firsthand. Patients make the same journey, coming from across the country and around the globe to his fully accredited surgical facility in Newport Beach.

Many of his procedures are performed under local anesthesia and twilight sedation rather than general anesthesia. Twilight anesthesia is considered safer and far less invasive than general anesthesia. Dr. Sadati meets with each patient to discuss their goals and creates an individualized plan so that each patient is comfortable and safe during the procedure and gets the realistic results they want.
