Breast Implants Orange County
This is a fairly petite young lady, in her twenties, Orange County breast augmentation patient who requested a look that was “full as can be, yet still look relatively natural”. She actually has a very narrow chest wall, and the result was certainly creating a balance between fullness and yet having a fairly natural result.
Breast size is important to many women. Some individuals feel that small breasts not only limit their fashion choices, but can also cause dissatisfaction with body image. Breast augmentation to increase fullness and projection of the breasts improves the balance in a woman’s figure and can enhance her self-image and self-confidence.

What Is The Best Choice For Breast Implants: Saline or Silicone?
You have decided that you are tired of dealing with the flat figure you’ve been given. No one likes to think of themselves as a straight line but unfortunately there are a lot of women out there that are just that. You’ve decided to have augmentation surgery performed but there is one lingering question.
Which type of breast implant do you choose?
Breast implants Orange County come in several different sizes measured in cubic centimeters. This amount will be added to your existing size to give you the desired cup size. Don’t go into your doctor though expecting to talk cup sizes, he’s not going to be able to say off the top of his head which cc you’ll need to achieve that cup. But he will be able to help you to determine which size is the best for you.
Once you’ve determined what size breast implant that you want you’ll need to determine what you want it made out of. They come filled with a choice of two different liquids, silicone and saline.
[toggle_item title=”Silicone” active=”false”]Silicone enhancements are a gel filled enhancers that have a smoother and softer feel to them once they are inserted. If you are having this procedure done because of a reconstruction this is often the enhancer of choice because it feels more like a real teat.
There is the problem with these if they rupture. Because the silicone can be poisonous to your system if it leaks you will be recommended to have MRIs starting three years after the procedure and then a continuing every two years after that. Should it rupture then you will have to have it removed so that it doesn’t make you sick.

On the other hand there is the saline breast implants. These types of enhancers are safer than their counterparts. Should these bust there is not worry about hurrying to remove it since saline is simply salt water. Unlike the saline filled ones you will know very quickly if these rupture because of the way they deflate. Many people consider them to be like a water balloon that is placed under the skin.
Unfortunately they feel like a water balloon under the skin too, and are not nearly as natural feeling. But an added incentive to these types is that they can be adjusted after the surgery. All your doctor has to do is insert a syringe under the skin and either extract some of the saline or add more to it. Silicone comes prefilled and cannot be adjusted in this way.
Breast implants in Orange County can take you from flat chested to fuller figured but you need to make sure you do your research so that you get the right type for your needs.
