hi my name is Melanie and I’m 65 years old I had my first surgery with dr. sadati about three years ago I had a lower facelift and a neck lift I came to dr. sadati because i went to a little evening program that he had given that a couple of friends invited me to and they’d had some work done and looked really good to me I had a big weight loss and I felt like my face was just sort of dragged down but it was really important to me that I still looked like me I didn’t want you know you see the pictures in the magazines of people who’ve had celebrities who have had work done and it just doesn’t look like them and it was really important to me and to my family that I still looked like me I was absolutely thrilled with my surgery so much so that a couple of months ago I decided to have a fat grafting in my cheeks to kind of lift things up again and again just to have the feeling that it was me but it was just sort of a younger more rested me like as though I had been to a spa for a couple of months and came back feeling great about myself I found the staff here dr. sadati all of his staff to be so incredibly helpful I’m somebody who asks a whole lot of questions I have to I have to really feel comfortable with what I’m doing and I felt that every single question was answered I could call on the phone and get further information I really can’t say enough good things about this whole process I recovered quickly I tended to maybe bruise a little more than I had expected but it was something that went away and and on the neck bruising I just wore scarves for a couple of weeks but I would definitely recommend dr. saddaji and his staff and I would definitely come back if I felt that I needed a little more tweaking
