Breast Lift (Mastopexy)

The Breast Lift is ideal for women with sagging breasts due to past pregnancies, genetics or aging. The procedure is intended to create an elevated, more youthful breast contouring.

Breast Lifts are done as an outpatient procedure, under general anesthesia. The design of the incisions varies depending on the patients’ wishes and the degree of lift needed. During the procedure the breast is reshaped to a more pleasing contour. In some patients breast implants are also placed under the breast tissue to create a larger size. Dr. Sadati uses a variety of the latest mammoplasty techniques to minimize the visibility of the resultant scarring to the extent possible.

By using the latest technologies, Dr. Sadati will do everything possible to make the post-surgical course as comfortable and easy as possible. His clinical experience has shown that when Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is applied over the surgical areas there is an acceleration of the healing process, less discomfort, and overall reduction of the recovery time.
