Breast enlargement is done on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Dr. Sadati gives his patients choice of incisions: either under the breast, around the edge of the areola, or under arm. A saline or silicon breast implant of desired size is inserted behind the pectoralis muscle and breast tissue, resulting in a more proportional, shapely breasts and improved self-image.
